After receiving a degree from the prestigious culinary school of America he continued his education abroad studying with the world’s finest chef’s perfecting his skills in Italian cookery. He spent years at many of the finest establishments: Lombardi’s, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Il Tulipano, Il Capriccio, Cafe Greco, NYC and Zefferino in Genoa, Italy delighting guests with his novel recipes. But his dream was to have a place of his own where he can showcase the culinary creations he has mastered.
